Last year Ellen and I moved, so this year my blog is also moving!  The old one was at grnaylorpaintings.blogspot.com and I'll leave it up for awhile for anyone who wants to look at the old posts.  The new one is here so it can be more closely related to the website.

So, the painting today is one of a series I've recently done of people playing beach volleyball.  The compositions and colors are simple...for me the fun is in the motion of the players who are absorbed in the game.  This painting is an oil painting and is 16 x 20 inches.
